Chipo C, Age 12

When her parents died, Chipo's auntie took her and her two sisters in. She is grateful for many things given toher in this new home, such as having enough food to eat and a new school uniform, but she is most thankful that she is no longer thinking about my father and mother.

She is dedicated to her schoolwork and loves math the most. Her loyalty to her friends and her compassionate heart bring warmth to this house. When asked what she wants to be when she grows up, she replies, without hesitation, A pilot. Someday, she hopes to learn about other countries and see the world.
